HTTP to HTTPS Redirect

Check Overview

What is this check?

The HTTP to HTTPS check ensures that the non secure version of your website redirects correctly to the secure version.

HTTP to HTTPS Basic Interface

Why is this important?

There is very little excuse for not running your website on an SSL now (it takes seconds to setup for free with LetsEncrypt), ensuring your visitors are on SSL conveys security, peace of mind (and MAY give you a little help with Google Rankings)

Advanced Usage

Default Rules

The HTTP to HTTPS check is pretty self explanatory it expects the non HTTPS URL to go to the same URL but the HTTPS version.

Changing the expected URL

If for SOME reason you wanted it to go to another URL, you can override the URL (to an exact URL or a regular expression)
